Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all employee-exclusive merchandise must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your WH Employee account and select the order you wish to return from your dashboard to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
